Submission Wrestling

BJJ style grappling

Submission wrestling is a grappling-based combat sport similar to no-gi jujitsu (BJJ) that focuses on taking an opponent to the ground and gaining a dominant position to submit them through joint locks or chokeholds. It is characterized by its emphasis on technique, leverage, and strategy rather than strength, making it accessible to practitioners of all sizes. Our Plano martial arts fight team specializes in both MMA (mixed martial arts) and Submission wrestling (BJJ style grappling).
